The Annex Room is a dining room next to the Dining Hall. This space can be reserved for group meetings during dining hours. When making a reservation you can select the lunch block (11am-2pm) or the dinner block (5-8pm) and arrive any time during that block. If you want to make a weekly reservation (i.e., recurring) you must select each week separately.
Please make sure that the room is put back in order immediately after use, that all trash is removed and placed in a basement trash room immediately after use, that no alcohol will be provided, served, or allowed, and that all proper security measures will be followed.
